BUT I JUST CAN'T...

Britney Spears hasn’t seen Adnan Ghalib since Friday

Britney Spears and her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib seemed to be spending every waking hour together - but it looks as if their controversial relationship has turned sour.

The troubled ‘Toxic’ singer, 26, is believed to have expressed anger and disappointment towards Ghalib for ’setting her up’ in photographs that he and his agency FinalPixx have sold to newspapers and magazines.

So angry in fact, Britney has allegedly issued a restraining order against the shutterbug.

Photo agency X17 has claimed the troubled pop princess invited two of their photographers into her home on Saturday night and showed them a copy of the order.

And it looks like X17’s claims are true: Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib haven’t seen each other since early Friday morning.

And to make matters worse, Ghalib just released this statement on the Finalpixx website.

“All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning,” he said of the current allegations.

He added: “The reason being, that I have had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears.”

SPEARS PARTIES WITH SPEEDING PAPARAZZI

BRITNEY SPEARS tried to make peace with her army of paparazzi followers on Saturday when she invited a small group of snappers into her Los Angeles home to party with her.
Four photographers were arrested and charged with reckless driving in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening (16Jan08) after a high-speed car chase in pursuit of Spears.
And the troubled singer felt so bad for the snappers, she decided to make it up to them at the weekend.
According to PageSix.com, the pop star picked out photographer Filipe Teixeira from the crowd and asked him to join her in her Mercedes-Benz so that she could personally apologise for Wednesday's events.
Spears then invited Teixeira, who was one of the four men arrested by Los Angeles police, to follow her back to her mansion, where they drank champagne and partied with two of the other snappers for four hours, according to various internet reports.
And Spears had a special interest in Teixeira - he is alleged to have first introduced the singer to her paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib. Ghalib spent the weekend in Santa Barbara after attending a family funeral, and did not join the late-night party

Dr. Phil Snubbed after Brit Snafu

Dr. Phil is feeling the payback for trying to exploit Britney Spears for a ratings boost.

According to Gatecrasher, the bald bloviator is trying to get "high-profile guests" to appear on his 1,000th episode, supposedly a "celebrity tribute." Only problem is, according to a source, "Nobody good wants to go near it," largely because of McGraw's handling of Britney Spears' hospitalization.

Even with the sway of Oprah behind him, no A-listers have signed up.

OJ Simpson's bail has reportedly been revoked ... and he's heading back to jail!

O.J.'s Bail Revoked

Montreal escorts is reporting that the Juice is set to fly to Vegas from Florida today, and will arrive in the early evening. According to Housley, the bondsman actually revoked the bail, which he legally can do, because he learned that the Clark County D.A. has filed a motion to revoke O.J.'s bail -- there's a hearing set for Wednesday. As to why, we don't know yet, but it appears to be related to some sort of phone message. Someone stole my s**t!

You Ring We Spring Bail Bonds -- O.J.'s bondsman -- had no comment.

UPDATE: A court official confirms Simpson will be brought before a judge next week on allegations that he violated terms of his bail.

Orenthal James "O. J." Simpson (born July 9, 1947) (also known by his nickname, The Juice) is a retired American football player who achieved stardom as a running back at the collegiate and professional levels, and was the first NFL player to rush for more than 2,000 yards in a season. He later worked as an actor, spokesperson and broadcaster.

Besides his Hall of Fame career, Simpson is infamous for having been tried for the murder of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman in 1994. He was acquitted in criminal court in 1995 after a lengthy, highly publicized trial (see O. J. Simpson murder case). In 1997, Simpson was found liable for their deaths in civil court, but to date has paid little of the $33.5 million judgment.[1] He gained further notoriety in late 2006 when he wrote a book titled If I Did It. The book, which purports to be a first-person fictional account of the murder had he actually committed it, was withdrawn by the publisher just before its release. The book was later released by the Goldman family and the title of the book was expanded to If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer.

In September 2007, Simpson faced more legal troubles, as he was arrested and subsequently charged with numerous felonies including but not limited to robbery with a deadly weapon, burglary with a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon (which carries possible life sentence), coercion with use of a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Britney Spears flees to Mexico to escape attempts to commit her?

Britney Spears has fled Los Angeles and flown to Mexico with her paparazzo boyfling Adnan Ghalib after her family reportedly started to make moves to have her committed into a mental hospital.

According to Montreal escorts, Britney’s parents, particularly her dad Jamie Spears, have been convinced for a number of months that Britney’s problems are a mental disorder rather than related to substance abuses and have been trying to encourage her to get treatment - or at least undergo tests to allow doctors to make a diagnosis.

However, after feeling she was “pushed” into rehab last year, Britney has since refused to get help - although her family are said to believe that until now her close friend Sam Lufti has been the main reason for her refusal. According to reports, Jamie had Sam thrown out of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday to try to remove his influence from his daughter’s life but even then when he spoke to Britney about going into a mental facility, “she freaked out and said, ‘Now you want me to go to rehab again? I don’t need to be locked away!’”

Montreal escorts source explained the family are working with mental health professionals are working through a “number of options”, some of which are “creative”, to get Britney into treatement and if she continues to refuse, they are considering approaching the County Public Guardian to have her involuntarily committed to a mental hospital.

A second source added: “Getting her committed with be stressful for everyone involved and could cause further frictions within the family. They don’t want to have her committed if there are other options still to pursue and at the moment there are.”

Britney’s aunt Chanda McGovern, speaking to Us Weekly, added that the star’s extended family and old friends in Kentwood, Louisiana are all “truly, truly concerned. I don’t think things can get any worse now than us losing her completely.”

Britney flew south in a private jet from an airport in Van Nuys, California yesterday afternoon with Adnan and another male passenger onboard the plane: she was originally said to have been heading to New York but reports that she arrived in New Jersey last night now appear to have been a ploy to distract her attention for her actual destination.

Britney and Madonna should hook up !!

Eminem

Eminem is recovering from a bout with pneumonia that sent him to the hospital.

"Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor's care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia," the rapper's publicist, Dennis Dennehy, said Tuesday. "He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home."

Escorts montreal reported that Eminem was rushed to the hospital over the holidays for a serious heart condition and severe pneumonia and now weighs in at 200 pounds.

The rapper, who often goes by the moniker "the real Slim Shady," talked to Complex magazine in 2006 about his lax position on fitness since 2005, citing it as the main cause for his weight gain.

"I went through a little slacking phase, but I just got back into my regimen last week. So, I eat some nachos, and drink a Mountain Dew, and then I go hit the gym 'cause I just know I (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up."

Eminem, 35, rose to stardom thanks to a number of best-selling CDs, personal lyrics and a starring role in the hit 2002 film "8 Mile."

He has won Grammys, including best rap album for "The Slim Shady LP," "The Marshall Mathers LP" and "The Eminem Show," as well as an Oscar for the song "Lose Yourself" from "8 Mile."

Spears meets with Dr. Phil, leaves hospital

Troubled pop singer Britney Spears was released from a Los Angeles hospital following a visit from talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw, gossip website TMZ.com reported Saturday.

Spears was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance on Thursday after a nearly three-hour police standoff, in which authorities tried to mediate a custody row between the entertainer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

"Sources say the hospital released her without notifying any of the principles involved in the ongoing kiddie drama.
The website says McGraw -- a well-known psychologist and author who first gained fame for appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show -- visited Spears early Saturday morning.

The "Dr. Phil Show" is taping a special about Spears on Monday with the show set to air on Wednesday, TMZ reports, adding representatives from the show requested footage of the pop princess from the website.

McGraw issued a statement to Entertainment Tonight regarding his visit with Spears saying:

"My meeting with Britney and some of her family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention. She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her."

Custody battle

Federline was awarded sole custody of their two children, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James on Friday. Spears' visitation rights were also suspended.

Commissioner Scott Gordon has ordered another custody hearing for Jan. 14.

Federline, who married Spears in October 2004, was awarded temporary custody of their children last fall after Spears defied court orders.

"I'm not happy about any of these events," Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said after leaving a closed-door emergency hearing Friday afternoon. "There's no winners here."

The bizarre drama unfolded after 7 p.m. on Friday when Spears allegedly refused to turn over her two children to Federline.

Police were called to the pop star's home at 8 p.m. on Thursday to mediate a custody dispute over Spears' two young boys.

By about 10:30 p.m., there were six police cars, two ambulances and a fire truck in the gated-community where Spears' house is located. Throngs of paparazzi descended on the scene as helicopters taped Spears, lying on a gurney, being loaded into an awaiting ambulance.

The 26-year-old turned over her two boys to ex-husband Kevin Federline at 10:50 p.m., confirmed officer Jason Lee, reports The Associated Press.

Lee said Spears was allegedly under the influence of an unknown substance at the time; however, officers later clarified that there was no evidence of substance abuse at the time of the incident.

Spears' life appears to have spiralled out of control since her divorce from Federline in July. Spears was photographed in a number of strange incidents last year including an umbrella attack on a car. After shaving her head, Spears spent a month in a rehab facility and was involved in a number of minor traffic accidents including an incident where she ran over a photographer's foot.
