It can be a very scary thing to be a celebrity. Miley Cyrus has had her times of the downfalls and once again it has touched upon the star.
On Wednesday, it was revealed that a 2nd man was arrested near Miley’s Georgia movie set, where the 22 year-old suspect threatened to murder her.
Sean Christian Mathis had incidents back in June when he came upon her movie set in a t-shirt and swim trunks, saw Miley’s stunt double and yelled, “Hey, it’s Miley Cyrus, I’m going to f***ing kill you.”
Police reports said an officer ran and arrested him for making “terroristic threats” and disorderly conduct. During the arrest, Mathis said he was a soldier, so they called the military police. The MPs then took him back to his base. Officials are still proceeding with the case.
Back in August a 53 year-old man was caught near Miley’s set for attempting to stalk the actress, but yesterday the grand jury found there was not enough evidence and it was insufficient to pursue a felony on charges against him in Superior Court.
